New up-and-coming artist AC Lightnin shows his appreciation for women in his new single "Girls" that released in early March. I've been rocking with AC Lightnin for a few years and he has always had a heart for women seeing their worth and value. This song is just an addition to his pure heart towards all of God's women.
'Girls' is inspired by the Bible verse Psalms 139:14 and the month of March is Women's History Month.

It's a great reminder that women have contributed a lot to society as a whole, and are valued. We as people should show our appreciation for them every day. It also lets women know to be unapologetic and be the woman that God created them to be.
I absolutely love it when men stand up for women. In music culture today, we have endured misogyny in hip-hop culture for the past few decades. Though already making literary waves, it was in 2015 when AC Lightnin officially entered into the poetry and music scene and began carving out a name for himself at venues such as Nuyorican Poets Cafe, The Harlem Bomb Shelter, Open Mic Renegades, and the Stagebox. AC Lightnin started his music journey in 2016 and dropped his 1st mixtape titled "Believe" on Soundcloud and YouTube in 2019. In 2020, AC Lightnin dropped singles like "Live Life" and "Redo" and eventually his 1st EP project titled Rehabilitation. He continues to experiment and try new things to give his listeners and audience an experience like no other.
