Here's an updated PART 2 video as of Aug. 2021 - https://youtu.be/rNlEMqTFDUs I just wanted to share my quick story with y'all about how I was raised in the church. The women could not wear makeup, pants, jewelry, color nail polish, weaves, nothing artificial! I am sharing this to say that I can appreciate it now and enjoy my freedom; not to push beliefs and religion on others. I believe God told me about The Modest Movement Ministry, not to be legalistic, but to shed His light on the idolatry regarding beauty. Thanks for viewing and subscribe for more videos! This year I will be doing a video on: The Body of A Goddess, more topics on Music, and many more God-inspired topics spoken to me. God told me to quickly release this video. I only pray it helps the body of Christ to shape up, literally. We are allowing some things to slip through the cracks because we do not regard His word as the authority in every area of our lives. I've seen many explanations and commentaries of Deuteronomy 22:5 and I strongly feel this is what the Spirit of God has revealed about "women wearing men's garments and men wearing women's garments". While I believe there are different personal convictions that we should adhere to, you should do your own study and pray about it if you've grown up with the view that women are going to hell for wearing pants. In this video I talk about how our culture idolizes the woman body and appearance. A lot of women shop certain outfits just for the attention the world craves. Sundresses are just another way we can show off our assets to a depraved world. I created a video about why I was raised to not wear makeup, pants, jewelry, nail polish, etc about 4 years ago, my knowledge has increased in this area so I decided to do an updated version touching on a few different points. God's people are called a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, consecrated and set apart for God's purpose. Therefore, we do not look like the world! We are in the world, but we are not products of the world. I see too many women who profess to be Christians, dressing like the world, we can no longer tell them apart! Sis, you are marked different! How can you be a light to your neighbor in Babylon if you are no different than she is? #christianwomen #christianmodesty #bedifferent Supporting Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9, John 17:16, Romans 12:2, 1 Timothy 2:9 Connect With The Ministry: https://www.modestmovement.com Connect On Social: https://www.instagram.com/modestmovementministry https://www.facebook.com/modestmovementministry https://www.twitter.com/jasminecgarner

Sit with me for 16 minutes as we discuss a profound truth about what it means to be under a Jezebel spirit. This revelation is from 1 Kings 16:31 AMP Note: Ahab's marriage to Jezebel was politically important and demonstrated the rising prominence of Israel's third dynasty. Her father was both king and priest of Baal in Sidon; similarly, Jezebel was a princess and priestess of Baal. Her Phoenician name was Abizebel, meaning "My Father [Baal] is Noble." The Hebrew scribes purposely dropped a letter from her name, calling her Jezebel, "Lacking Honor." Many women search for answers on this topic, God used me to provide a simple answer. Hopefully you understand from this verse in Isaiah 29:16 how God feels about it and how we should have a balance ! The Modest Movement https://www.modestmovement.com
